1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

2. Click Tools.

3. Click E-mail Accounts.

4. Click Add a new e-mail account.

5. Click Next.

6. Click POP3.

7. Click Next.

8. Type your own name into the Your Name box. [#1]

9. Type your Australia On Line email address into the E-mail Address box. [#2]

10. Type your Australia On Line mailbox name into the User Name box. [#3]

11. Type your Australia On Line password into the Password box. [#4]

12. Type pop.australiaonline.net.au into the Incoming mail server (POP3) box. [#5]

13. Type smtp.australiaonline.net.au into the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box. [#6]

14. Click Next.

15. Click Finish.

16. Click Send/Receive to download your email!
